In short, they are used to store information and disseminate it in an instant, simple and even creative way. However, their use is associated only with the consumer and not so much with the seller. But we must be clear that in addition to disseminating information, it is also a great source of feedback.

Many. There are as many types as there are contents that can be associated with them. In MyQR we offer you a tool to create a great variety of them: WiFi, web page, Vcard, PDF, images, videos, apps and menu/letter. And all in the simplest way.

Like any other barcode, a QR code is intended to store information on an optical label that is readable by some kind of machine or device.

Open the camera application on your device. Focus on the QR code: you will see the content of the code appear on a small card (top area of the screen). Tap on that card and your device will open the content hidden in the QR code.

The main difference between a static and a dynamic QR Code is that static QR Codes do not allow modifications once they have been generated. This means that you will only have this scannable code to redirect to a single link. Dynamic QR Codes, on the other hand, can be edited at any time. This is why at MYQR we work exclusively with dynamic QR codes.

There are a very limited number of platforms that provide QR codes for consumers, yet we are unique in the industry. With MYQR you can not only generate custom QR codes, but you can also edit them to your liking whenever you want, track them to optimise your business, and perform daily analytical tracking.

QR codes also have an error prevention system. Thanks to this system, up to 30% of the QR code structure can be damaged without affecting its readability. If the damage is greater than this, the reading can fail.

No, due to the technical difference between the two codes.

Of course, you can customise the text to your or the consumer's liking.

Of course, by going to the "My QRs" section you will see all your designs. Just click on the "edit" button (pencil symbol) to make any changes you wish.

In fact, we recommend it. This way you can finish configuring the QR to your liking and you can check that you have added the information you want to show your audience correctly.

If you are subscribed to one of our plans (trial or annual), your active QR Codes should work without any problems. If your QR Codes are not working, it is most likely due to design elements. Some scanning applications and phone cameras have difficulty scanning complex QR Codes. Here are some design elements to consider: - Make sure there is significant contrast between the foreground and background of the QR code. - Make sure the size of the QR code is appropriate for the scanning distance (in general, dynamic QR codes should be no smaller than 2 x 2 cm and static QR codes should be no smaller than 3 x 3 cm). -Make sure that the logo, if you use one, does not obstruct the important elements of the QR code.

We use a standard size so that you can display your logo on your personalised QR without it affecting its readability. Unfortunately on our website, in order to avoid reading errors we enable the option to edit the size of your logo.

You can download your QR codes from the "My QRs" section or from within the "Details" section of each QR. You will be able to download it in the formats that suit you best (png, jpeg, eps, svg).

The first thing you have to do is go to our MYQR page, here, we will allow you to create one of these codes. There you will see that you are given several options to create the code from a web address, a text or directions to app shops.

Once you have downloaded your QR code in the desired format, you can print it from your computer. Always make sure to test your QR code before printing to avoid any mishaps.
